Culver will discuss the recent loss of many local conservative talk radio programs in Michigan. This week four radio stations changed from conservative talk radio to sports talk.

This decision by Townsquare Media affects four radio stations which hosted conservative talk radio: WKMI (AM 1360) in Kalamazoo\; WBCK (FM 95.3 in Battle Creek)\; WJIM (1240 AM in Lan sing)\; and WJRW (1340 AM in Grand Rapids.

\n \n For many years these local stations hosted t alk radio. “Renk” (David Renkiewicz) led conservative talk for more tha n dozen years on WBCK and WKMI. Steve Gruber hosted a state-wide syndicated conservative talk show for 13 years\, based out of Lansing radio station W JIM. Michael Patrick Shiels’ syndicated morning talk show (from WJIM) will mo ve to afternoons. \n \n
